Job Summary
We are looking for a Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and update project schedules while supporting successful project execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project teams, analyze project progress, and help ensure construction activities are completed within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams.
- Prepare progress reports and project performance updates.
- Assist in resource planning and project forecasting.
- Analyze project risks related to scheduling.
- Review construction activities against project timelines.
- Support project planning during all construction phases.
- Maintain accurate planning documentation.
- Recommend schedule improvements where necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in construction planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project documentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UAE construction projects.
