Job Summary
Mideez Construction is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves understanding client requirements, providing timely support, and ensuring a positive customer experience while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to project teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met.
- Monitor client satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
