Job Summary

Mideez Construction is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves understanding client requirements, providing timely support, and ensuring a positive customer experience while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them to project teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Monitor client satisfaction throughout project execution.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen long-term business relationships.
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
