Job Summary
Mideez Construction is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans. The successful candidate will coordinate site operations, supervise workers, and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
- Monitor work progress to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and report site requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily site reports and project documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Communicate project updates to management as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on residential or commercial construction projects in the UAE.
- Familiarity with local construction standards and regulations.
